Located a few kilometers north of the city of Lismore, the hot springs known as Lismore has been in existence for many centuries. There are seven summer flows in the Lismore area which are: Tanunda, Sandhurst, mantra, Glenreagh, Williams and Little River.

Tanunda is located on the farm Eungella in the New Forest and is about 4 kilometers from town. The spring is caught in the trees and has been boilingSince the 1960s. It has been built in such a way that the hot pools can be reached by a cable car.

Sandhurst is a deep pool with a height of 50 meters found in the Strathaloch National Park and is the closest spring to town. There is also a resort nearby called Sandhurst Falls that offers a wide range of facilities and water sports.
